Once we had the tree printed on 16x20 inch paper, the picture was a bit less “crisp”/sharp than I would have preferred, as if the picture was meant to be printed smaller but had been enlarged a bit too much to fit the 16x20. However, that is not really noticeable from further away.

In the unlikely event of a refund request... due to the ‘digital’ nature of my listings. I cannot unfortunately offer refunds. However I do always ensure all files are high resolution and any of course - if there was an error on my behalf, a refund would absolutely be offered!
